How Our Drafting Process Works

Attorney-Drafted Divorce Documents Without the Retainer

If your Texas divorce is agreed or close to agreed, you may not need full litigation. But you still need divorce documents that are drafted for your facts, your agreement, and the court process ahead.

This service is designed to give you the middle ground: more secure than generic online forms, more affordable than full legal representation, and easier to understand than trying to figure out the process alone.

What You Are Really Buying

Most people do not want “forms.” They want to avoid getting stuck, rejected, overcharged, or left with divorce documents that do not clearly reflect the agreement.

The Turner Firm provides flat-fee agreed divorce document drafting for Texans who already have an agreement, or are close to one, and want the documents prepared by a family-law attorney.

1

Attorney-Drafted

Your documents are drafted by a Texas family-law attorney, not generated from generic blank forms.

2

Flat-Fee Pricing

You know the drafting cost before you start. No retainer. No hourly meter for the document package.

3

Toolkit Included

You receive the Turner Firm Divorce Toolkit to help you understand the agreed divorce process and next steps.

The Process Is Simple

The process is built to be clear from the beginning. You start online, provide the information needed for drafting, and receive a confirmation call before documents are prepared.

1

Start Online

Select the base divorce drafting service and choose whether your case involves minor children, real estate, or both. Then sign your agreement and pay securely online.

2

Complete the Information Form

After payment, you complete the Information Form so we have the details needed to draft your documents. This includes basic case information, spouse information, children if applicable, property, debts, and real estate if applicable.

3

Attorney Confirmation Call

An attorney from our firm reviews your form and contacts you for a confirmation call before drafting begins. The call is used to confirm key details and clarify anything needed for the document package.

4

We Draft and Deliver Your Documents

After the information is reviewed and confirmed, we draft your agreed divorce documents and send them to you with the Turner Firm Divorce Toolkit to help you understand the process for moving forward.

Clear Pricing Before You Begin

Base Price: $850

The base flat fee covers the core agreed-divorce document package, attorney confirmation call, and Turner Firm Divorce Toolkit.

  • Base Package — $850: Original Petition, Waiver of Service, Agreed Final Decree, attorney confirmation call, and divorce toolkit.
  • Minor Children Add-On — +$200: Adds child-related provisions such as parenting terms, possession schedule, child support, and medical support.
  • Real Estate Add-On — +$200: Adds real-estate provisions for a house, land, or other real property.

Why This Is Different From Generic Forms

Online forms can look simple, but divorce documents can affect property, debts, vehicles, parenting schedules, child support, medical support, real estate, retirement issues, and future enforcement problems.

A weak or unclear decree can create problems later. The goal of this service is to prepare documents that reflect your agreement clearly and give you a practical path through the agreed divorce process.

Better Than Guessing

You are not trying to figure out which generic forms apply or how to convert your agreement into court-ready divorce documents by yourself.

Less Than Full Litigation

If your divorce is agreed, full representation may be more than you need. This service is designed for clients who need drafting and process guidance, not a courtroom fight.

What This Service Is — and Is Not

This Service Is For

Texans with agreed or close-to-agreed divorces who want attorney-drafted documents, predictable pricing, and guidance for understanding the agreed divorce process.

This Service Is Not For

Contested divorces, emergency issues, high-conflict custody disputes, hidden-asset concerns, or cases where you need an attorney to appear in court or act as attorney of record.

This is a limited-scope document drafting service. The Turner Firm does not file documents for you, appear in court for you, serve your spouse, communicate with your spouse or opposing counsel, or become attorney of record unless a separate written agreement is signed.

Ready to Move Forward?

If your divorce is agreed or close to agreed, you can start online in minutes.

You will select your document package, sign and pay online, complete the Information Form, receive an attorney confirmation call, and then receive attorney-drafted divorce documents with the Turner Firm Divorce Toolkit.
